General Objective: Define what is meant by Balanced Score Card, the general principle for applying BSC; the core components of BSC & Strategic goals ( Criteria, responsibility, accountability and the outcomes of the targeted initiatives. )
Content:
• Assist participants to be acquainted with the methodologies and modalities of designing the Balanced Score Card.
• Mechanisms of applying the Balanced Score Card.
• Mechanisms of utilization of the BSC as a tool for monitoring and evaluating the implementing of the strategic plan.
