Training: Designing and Management of Education Project
Duration: 5 Days 15-19 April 2012
General Objective: To Equip the participants with the concept, mechanism of measuring the project efficiency and feasibility, project life cycle, factors affecting the project and the project monitoring and evaluation.
Expected Educational Outcomes:
- After the completion of this course the participant will be able to:
- Identify the concept of the educational project, design and management modalities.
- Identify the mechanisms and ways of implementing the educational project and the risk and challenges that face the educational project.
- Be acquainted with the project measurement indicators and monitor and evaluate the project efficiency and effectiveness and set the project final report.
