Training: Executive Planning

General Objective: To acquaint the participants with the steps and factors necessary to prepare the Strategic Plan for execution via the three organizational stages and the translation or interpretation of the implementation aspects into indicators to measure the performance success.
Content:
The considerations necessary for executing the strategic plan in terms of time, acquaintance with the plan, mobilization of efforts, personnel and setting the performance standards.
• Transference of the strategic plan from the design stage to the implementation or execution stage .
• Transformation of the strategic plan into operational plan or executive plan.
• Determining the successfulness indicators necessary for achieving the desired strategy.
