To encourage the institutions to develop their strategic analysis tools to ensure their capacity of excellence. To equip the participants with the competencies necessary to assess and appraise the institutional strategic status and enable them to acquire a wide range of plans to extend through a complete integrated set of potential future developments.
Content:
• Context, preparation & utilizing scenarios in planning.
• Introduction to the significance and the concept of planning via scenarios.
• The key elements necessary for planning via scenarios and processes of gathering and organizing the data needed for planning via scenarios.
• Application of strategic context to determine the basic competencies and factors required to make success of each scenario.
