Training: Regional Consultative Meeting on the Education for All
Duration: 3 Days 10 - 12 July 2011
General Objective:
• Consultation on progress achieved/challenge in EFA and adult education.
• Promoting South-South collaboration between Arab States and Asia and the African Region.
• Introducing new regional initiatives to accelerate the progress towards the EFA goals.
• Discussing how CONFINTEA (VI) can be "more systematic followed up in the Arab Region".
Content:
• Activation of EFA initiative coordination mechanisms toward 2015.
• Review and assessment of the progress that the implementation of LIFE initiative has achieved in the Arab area.
• Share experience with adult literacy and basic education from other regions
Target Group: National coordinators of EFA Experts & specialist concerned with training, Educatin in Basic Education, Adult Education & Eradication of illetrocy Experts & Dicision Makers.
